四谷小学校PTAではWEBでのPTA総会に先立ち、PTAメールシステムの登録をお願いしています。
PTA入会や会費納入の有無に関わらず、全てのご家庭に行事に関連した大切なお知らせや楽しいイベントの情報をお届けするために、どうぞご登録ください。
今週、4月下旬現在メールメイト未登録の家庭に登録のご案内をお渡しさせていただきました。学年・組限定の連絡もありますので、兄弟姉妹分一人ずつ全員ご登録ください。
今回初の試みとして、AI翻訳ツールを駆使して英語版の案内文書を作成しました。

Thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation in PTA activities. The Yotsuya Elementary School PTA recommend to register the PTA mail system called "Mail mate" to enable you to get some important notices like the PTA annual general meeting and some wonderful events we organise. If you wish to receive this sort of information, please register at your earliest conveninece, regardless of whether you have joined the PTA or not.
This week, we distributed the information for registration to the families who have not done yet this mail system as of late April. Kindly note that you register at least one email for each child(children), as some communications are grade- and class-specific.
We hope that some usuful information are reached as many families as possible.
